Maybe, but with the kid denying it now I'm not sure how you prove it. Hopefully some others will come forward, but the problem is the kid that said he did will beat the **** out of anyone that comes forward.
I would put a claim on his parent's insurance and have them repaint the car, after the car is fixed.....beat the crap out of him with your face covered...
