I don't know the reason why so many of you are so hot and heavy for the 07. I guess it's all a matter of tastes but in my opinion, the 06 hood has sleaker lines and just looks more sophisticated.
And frankly, a gain of 6+ horsies are just not worth it to me to drive an ugly car.
And that fact I bought my 06 so late, I was able to get it for about $400 below invoice and the dealer also threw in a bunch of aftermarket stuff to move it. I'd doubt he'd do the same for the 07.
Ask me again to pick between the 06 and the 07 and I'd pick the 06 again without a second thought.
Then again, some of you guys like to change cars every 3 years and are always after the "newest" toy on the block. Not me, I find something I like and I plan to hang on to it for a long time.
I'll stick to my 06 thank you.

Because of the redesign of the hood, the Z is now an ugly car. Well you drive a car that is 99% ugly and 1% PERFECTION (hood). And its not just a simple 6HP dude. Stop man, just stop.

Still hating on the HR upgrade. It's so much more then "6 hp". Check out the presentation, drive a 07 G sedan, do something other then hate.
I haven't seen anyone that has experienced the new HR, that has had anything negative to say, quite the contrary.

I personally think the new hood nice with style. The Nissan dealership was pushing me into buying an 06. I almost bought one an Enthusiast trim in black. I would get an 06 Touring in Black, but I couldn't find one ANYWHERE near my location. I will be the first one to get '07 350Z Touring as soon and my freakin' dealer calls me!

The bump on the hood isn't noticible on the white, I think it looks great.
