At very best, two widespread problems..

a faulty shutter valve makes the tank difficult if not impossible to fill completely. Service Bulletin Num : 05048 (I definitely had this problem badly before having it addressed)

recall on the fuel filler hose...(did not apply to my 04.5)

some people have reported problems with the sending unit reporting the wrong level of gas... but im not sure there is tsb for that.... probably isolated incidents.

 

Personally, I agree with the data on the '04. Seems right on if you ask me.

 

Ah, in a couple years, the '09 will be superior and the '06 will match the rest. The results will change as the standards do.
