Like I've said in other '07 Z and HR threads, I'll stick to my '05 non revup

I just really like that deep growl.
Oh, and if any of you noticed, the car did not even come close to redline. So we really don't know what it will sound like WOT yet.

Plus that clip isn't from a Z... I think that's the key point here. You aren't going to know until you hear a recording from that engine installed in a Z with Z exhaust. And what point is there to comparing it to aftermarket exhaust? I'm sure you can put aftermarket exhaust on an '07 Z just as you could on your 03-07.

They will make Rev-Up parts don't worry, the VQ is the engine most tuners are building parts for right now.

Guys, dont get all bent out of shape. That was an audio clip from INSIDE a G35 SEDAN. The sedan has allways had a more subtle exhaust note than the Z or G coupe, so Im sure the new 07' Z is going to sound more agressive than that. Plus, ANY car is going to sound more soft, deep and muffled from inside the cabin, so I think we need to wait before we all jump to conclusions here.

I test drove an 07 sedan 6spd already, it's freakin insane. Especially for the money, it's an excellent car.

Power is very linier with a much better mid range power curve. It brakes the tires loose with ease. everything about the car was great especially that trick rearview camera option!

You and you,

This is a stock exhaust on a G35 sedan recorded probably from inside the car as the motor growl seems louder than the exhaust note
There is no comparison to be made here.

LMAO at the ppl wetting themselves over the sound of a stock exhaust. This isn't a Ferrari we're talking about, so the exhaust can be made much better and meaner sounding with an aftermarket exhaust.
