www.bbb.org

Then go to small claims court. You gotta be tough, they're expecting you to fold and accept it.

They ended up giving me 1K in cash. I took it as I may just have them powdercoated hyperblack. Does anyone know a good shop in South Florida to have wheels powercoated? Thanks,

Dan

I'm convinced dealerships damage vehicles on purpose, so the customers will get pi$$Ed and never take their car there again for warranty or any other work.

#1 reason not to bring a car to a dealer . The dealer is where you buy a car , a good shop is where you have work done.

Wow Weston Nissan seemed pretty nice but i was only there while shopping...i can tell u to stay away from Coral Springs Nissan....been there 3 times and will never go back. I've been to a few of the Nissan's in S. Florida and I can say I have yet to be really impressed by one of them. My mom has a G35 and an Acura and i've taken her Acura for service and by far the best I have ever seen. Stopped at Coconut Creek Infiniti with a question about the extended brake warranty on the G35 and I got horrible service, basically had to badger them to get the info I wanted, even asked a lady at the service desk for the Infiniti Warranty Phone Number and she looks at me and says "how should I know?" Just alittle info for the person looking for a Z in S. FL. I got mine at Maroone Delray Nissan but I fought them for 2 or 3 days to get the deal i wanted.

This makes zero sense. Dealers put a claim into the manufacturer for warranty work...it doesn't come out of their pocket. They are audited occaissionally to ensure they aren't doing unauthorized repairs but they want you to bring it in because the factory pays them a fixed labor rate just like a customer.

When I bought my 350Z. I too went in for my first oil change and they scratched my rims. They didn't give me the oil back like I asked so I could view it and forgot to install the spoiler I ordered. The main reason I went in.
So, after another day of being without the car they installed new rims, and I took my spoiler to installed it myself because I didn't trust them. I couldn't get a discount for the installation not being performed. They should have at least gave me a free tank of gas or something. I mean, the Ford and Chevy dealers are better around here but, their cars aren't.

I can't believe that they damage so much stuff.

I go to the cruddy shops and the car comes back fine. Go to NISSAN "The Pros" and it's nothing but trouble. Doh !!!
