Pics of Tires I purchased from a my350z member
I will honor the brooke discount till 6/2007. Also I posted trader notification for brooke. Just in case it doesn't get taken off, I left a neutral feedback for him with links to this thread and my somewhat short explanation.

Those tires are in better condition than mine have been for the past 2000miles! Nismo33 handled this situation well, besides if Brooke was that concerned he should have asked for pics before he sent the money.

Sure, nismo33 net gain was 1350 but brooke's net loss was 1850. Plus brooke now has to have new tires bought, shipped, mounted and balanced. He also has to transport the wheels to a high end shop that likely charges 30 bucks to mount tires per rim.
So now brooke has to buy 800 dollar tires, and pay roughly 50 to ship them and then another 120 to mount them. His net loss will then be 2820 +-.
If the tires have nails, flat spots and dry rot or even cords then they are in poor condition and need replacement. No matter how good you think he got of a deal, the item was still falsely advertised.

+1
no offense (just came to me) but those gTv's have super agressive offsets if I recall hence the extreme negative caster being run,. so Brooke... if ou are keeping those rims, that is what ALL your tires will look like real quick...

I did say that the tires were good.
Then I get a call that you were happy with the wheels but weren't happy with the conditions of the tire. We discussed this and you initially asked for a refund of $450 cause that was a fair number to you and average cost of a new set of tires. I said I couldn't
You leave me a negative feed back??
There was no intention to deceive.
