Regardless of the Great Deal I got these tires are unsafe and could have cost me my life if I ran these on my car.

Boo hoo, quit being a cry baby. Those tires are not nearly as bad as you said they were and he still refunded you $400. My tires had the steel belts coming out of them and I was expecting something similar. If you can afford expensive rims you can afford $550 tires. If you can't he gladly offered to take them back. Cry me a river

 

If you're modding your car, least of all your driving a Z and getting aftermarket wheels, it would be logical to assume you know a bit about auto parts, namely tires. Had you put those tires on and got into an accident then you're being grossly negligent on your part.

You were mostly buying the "RIMS" and not the tires correct?

What else do you need to feel that the deal is made "right"

nismo33 is a great seller imo for giving you $400 back, if i was him i wouldn't give you anything back. those tires on those wheels doesn't look bad at all...just to let you know, driving a Z with 19's will give you a harsher ride since the tires are going to be thinner. of course you knew that because you did your research.
