Not trying to say that I wouldn't remember it either, but did he say what kind of Porsches he beat? If I'm not mistaken, even a stock 350Z can take out a Boxter and MAYBE even give a Boxter S a run for it's money. (depending on driver's ability of course).

Lmao. Ok we'll Me , Shane, and Victor met up last night. We just chilled. We tried doing a run but unfortunately the road was ****in way to slippery due to weather conditions and me and Shane just stayed spinning on the light. BUT we'll gather up tonight again, and hopefully we can do a clean friendly race. not only that but buddy over here was a lil tipsy

I do have do admitt though, Shane...your Z is pretty quick. (specially now that I know what's under your hood)

Hell yeah last night was fun, from what I saw you guys where even until third then Shane pulled 1 1/2 cars ahead of Richy but the road was pretty slick...

Oh, so Shane is pulling! I may be loosing $10 after all. Oh well, seems like he was stock after all like some thought. Is like one guy said, maybe he was racing 350hp GTO's and Boxters. We'll see how it goes today.

The whole thing is pointless anyways, since even if Richy does win, he still doesn't know WTF mods he has... just that it isn't stock, or that he's a significantly better driver. You have to take that car of yours to someone who knows something.

Not neccessarily. Drivetrain mods like 3.9 final drive won't be reflected on the dyno, if I'm not mistaken.

 

at 80mph a stock diff should be at 3000rpm's
if your is different, your diff is not stock.

also, racing from a dig will involve too much driver
do a highway run both going the same speed and in the same gear.

that way you guys wont have to worry about one getting a better start than the other.

 

I'm back! yeah, the roads were definately cold, if not somewhat wet. Richy's car does seem to get off the line pretty quickly as he has 17" rims and I have 19's. To clarify, he and I did spin our tires pretty much all the way across the intersection, but I have to say, I stayed in the lead from launch to finish. I launched at 1,500 RPM's. I could hear Richy's stereo as we cruised down the streets too. Nice bumps bro..

 

So I get off at 7pm again tonite. What are we doing? I won't drink 40'z before I leave the house either.. haha. Us meeting up was an on the fly kinda thing anyway.. BTW, I beat you both in pool too. just talkin **** guys. hahahaha. Think I'm still drunk...

I'm definately down to run again tonite. One thing Richy said that Victor and I were a little stunned with is that he has a base model that revs to 7k RPM. We forgot to take a look at his tach, but if this is true, he has a REVVUP in a light weight base model running 17" rims. That would tell you alot about all this confusion... Richy, go look at your tach and tell us all where the redline starts..

 

Richy says a lot of stunning things. You just may want to look at his tach to be sure.
He could rev to 7 rpm's with an ECU re-flash as well, and not have the rev up motor, which is more likely.
Hey somebody try to clock a 0-60 for richy tonite. If he gets's anywhere close to a 4.2, I will be the site a round of beers.
