for the love of all humanity, why can't someone with a stock 350z from socal just run teh damn guy...i see like 50 350z's everyday on the streets around socal and nobody can run him?

u know what, my friend is about to get a 350z, but not for another month or 2...if by then the OP's still around we'll run.

no i'm not. he lost, but the road was slippery and he ran a modded Z from a dig which is largely dependent on driver skills.

normal road condition and rolling starts would be better. then again put a stock Z in this situation would be ever more ideal, plus switching drivers.

 

please lock this thread, or better yet just delete it.

 

Dude, he's stock. I raced him. He's stock. You spoke of racing from a dig against a modded Z. I don't think you read the portion of this thread where I'm running 19" rims and he's on 17's... Anyway, he's stock.

Do you really think that any kind of internal work, even cams, are going to give you enough power to drop a full second off your 0-60 times, without revving past the stock redline?

And even if you are a good driver, you are not going to get stock 0-60 times that are a second faster than what professional drivers are getting.

I got a clip on my car. Only 1st gear. I recorder from my new cell phone this morning (Sprint) But when I try to upload it...I can't. I send it to my work e-mail and it gives me the sprint link to see it there on "Quicktime Player" How can I upload it so you guys can view it? I've tried downloading from there but it won't download I have to unzip it. and here at work, it won't let me unzip it. How Can I do it??!?

Nope. My car is just super duper fast! Plus I turned on my headlights before the race to help me cut through air quicker.
