I was thinking the SAME question before I got my Z. The answer is unfortunately, NO. But, you will fit the front wheel in (assuming you have quick release) as for the rest of the bike, you will need to get a bike rack that hooks up to the trunk. Hope this helps

Unfortunately not.
However you may want to check out this rack:http://www.deltacycle.com/transporter/hunchrack.php
It reminds me of the Enflite rack that was specifically made to go on hatches and sports cars.
I would like to drive my Z to some of the triathlons this year, but my Kleins just won't fit!!

shocker for ya, but the G35coupe only has 7.8cuft of trunk space, while the Z has 6.8.
obviously to anyone that owns a Z its not a solid 6.8, but just trying to point out, that the G35 coupe will not fit some huge amount that the Z wont.
Ive also not been able to locate anything talking about folding rear seats, I think its just a pass through if anything.
now if your really goin for it, remove the front and rear wheels, and you could probably slide the bike into the BACK SEAT of a coupe... not sure if the seat will move up far enough to fit the pedals(maybe you remove them?) and also youd have to take care not to hurt the seats...
itd probably be easier to spend 40$ on an exterior bike mount carrier, most are made for trunks, but Id bet they exists for a hatch back.

Don't bother w/ a hatch/bumper mounted rack unless you don't mind scratched paint. IMO, the only way to carry a bike w/ a car like this is w/ a hitch-mount rack. Get a receiver hitch, and it's the only thing that will touch the car. I used one on my old Z28 and Prelude, and you could fly around corners w/o worrying about the car or bikes.

Bike in a Z
Well its possible, I put a uzzi slx in my z today. I had to drive it down to columbia for my sister to race with in a few days. I put it in the passenger seat with the wheels off. I had to cover all the points that touched with towels. Since this is a pretty big bike I am sure that all you roadies out there could get your bikes in there if you needed to. I will post pics after my sister sends them to me.
