Saw the new hood at the LA Auto Show. The pictures I've seen make it look a lot bigger. Thought it would be bad. I was very surprised. Looks just fine in person IMHO.

^Agreed. This waiting stuff is some serious B.S. Nissan changed it's website a bit and added some retarded "National Year End Sales Event" crap to the Z's page. Hopefully after this batch of marketing propaganda they will unveil the 07 Z and actually make some performance claims and state pricing. Until then... it sucks to be us.

WOW! After all the info on the new HR motor, the 07 G35 and the new Z, you got that? Must have been a great deal, how much did you pay?

Who works at nissan?? My Uncle works at Nissan so he can get me a VPP price on Nissan and Infinit's. I didnt know Infiniti VPP discount was that much! Maybe I'll pick up a G coupe also. What do you think if the MSRP of $32,000? $25,000 after VPP?

I doubt you'll be able to find one with the bare bones package, much less an 06 6mt. I had to do a locate.

you can do the math, its pretty simple

VPP plan A gets:
3.6% under invoice
minus $1000 for the incentive

so the more your car is worth, the bigger the discount, its not a flat $7,000 off.

PLUS another $1,500 off if you're uncle's name is on the title, he can claim it through work. The $1,500 doesn't not come at the time of purchase though.

The price I stated was the 3.6% under invoice and the $1000 off not including the extra $1,500 off.

still not too shabby
