Thumbs up

I would pay the extra couple bucks for that type of service and comfort.

Lets see took my car in for service at Nissan and the attendant stalled the car twice before I yelled at the service manager to take care of it instead. Then after the fixed a problem they couldn’t find for 3 weeks I thought everything was ok until I heard a knocking in the rear. Turns out when I installed my sway bars they had put the stock one in backwards after the work they did (that’s what the knocking noise was). Never again will I take the car to Nissan the performance shop works on the car now.

You know Infiniti was where I purchased my used Z . . . . the manager of the Used Car Sales department was a really really cool guy.

I might start going to Infiniti for my services now . . . . small things ya know . . . all dealerships overcharge though.

To be honest with you, Infinity only charge me $19.34 to change the oil for me. And not to mention the customer service is Outstanding. Infinity just call me today to ask me how was everything with the car after the service. I'm still amaze!
