Do you remember how you felt when...
... your Pre-Order was confirmed?
Well, I know that was most probably a while ago for you guys/gals in the US, but we are only just starting on the Z trail over here in the UK.
I got the call this morning - Order Confirmation # 381, with delivery due in Q4 2003 (Initial Launch of 450 for 2003)
Words can't express it ...

Congratulations!
You've got quite the little formation of jumping smilies there, you must be excited!
I bought mine at a dealer, so I didn't get to experience the joy you speak of. I am pretty patient, but wow, that would be a painful wait!

I remember when I got my confirmation in the mail, I was very excited. The pre-order days were a lot of fun because so much about the car was still unknown. I'm sure if you went back and read some of the original posts on this forum they seem really silly - all the arguments over the antenna placement, HP numbers, how much it would weigh, etc. I was looking back at some of the old pics I took for this forum and they seem pretty silly.. the carpet above the gas pedals, the ash try, nav hole, pics of the trunk.. stuff that nobody really cares about now. Things aren't quite as exciting now that I've had the car for almost 7 months, but it was a lot of fun. Just wait until the day your car shows up, then the fun really begins!
