Talking Am I the only one

I was wondering if I was the only person that double parks the Z ? I’m just afraid that someone dings that nice little crease on the door. I work with small kids and have seen too many times were they just swing the door open without looking. I don’t know, maybe I’m just over cautious. I willing to appear materialistic to protect my investment.

Please park in the designated parking area or you will find new door dings and/or scrapes on your Z. You're alone on this one. Oh and unless its a collector car, its not an investment.

Protect your investiment by not putting it in harms way. You have a chance for a parking ticket, an angry person who needs a spot, or just some kids who want to f with your ride.

You blend in with everyone else when you park normally, and less likely to have anything happen to you.

Get over yourself dude. It's JUST a freakn' car. You're asking for MUCH worse than a door ding.

My car has been keyed twice in tha mall. I work here, mall security lets me park my car behind this wall kind of by the back entrance now. Its a fire zone but they said they never use it. If someone keyes it bc your double parked there a low life

Yeap, you're just inviting trouble by taking two spots - unless they're in an empty parking lot and you're the only car there.

I just look for corner spots and hug the curb.

wow harsh crowd. I NEVER will blatantly double park. The only time I ever do is when I park waayyyyy far away where there are hundreds of open spots. If you do double park in a crowded lot you will attract more hate than a door ding.

The only time I would suggest double parking is if you park way out at the far end of the parking lot where there are no other cars in sight. Otherwise, if you choose to park within the general population of eveyone else I'd try and park as straight and equally distant between the lines as possible

Doing that is like putting a big neon sign on your roof saying "Look! Over Here! Please Key Me!!"

A better idea would be to park so that someone else can only park on one side, and park as close as possible to the non-parking side leaving "plenty" of room! However, the more you worry about door dings the more it is likely to happen. As for someone keying your car, that should not happen to anyone!

If you do that, I would expect more problems. Just find an end spot and park as far over to the side as possible to give yourself a lot of room. When I see a nice car double parked, I do all I can not to want to find the person and rip them a new one.

Well I guess it also depends where you park your car. I would never drive my Z to places like Walmart. Around Dallas when I am at places like Willow Bend (It's an upscale mall in Plano with too much money) I just slide my car between a couple of Mercedes and BMWs. Problem solved again.

I just park far away from the building and away from everyone. I also hate it when people park crooked to keep people from parking next to them. I think it makes you a target.
