What is the price difference and how long will it take to get that one? I really don't want to wait much longer then I have already. I am an active duty Marine and as you probably know I don't have all the time in the world to wait around for it. There is a war to fight.

I never had a problem with him.
It took longer than expected but only due to the people he had paint it.
I always got a timely response from my pm's about questions no matter what they were.
So as far as I'm concerned I have no issues with him

I have not sold any full CF version, But there is another vendor CARBON LTD have full CF in stock yo udont have to wait. Here is our thread for V1 half painted half CF kit thread. $475 plus $75 shipping.

I've got nothing but good things to say about Jay; I've ordewred a couple of times with no problems. I know he's been really busy lately, was travelling in the US for Sema, was in NY for a bit and is now back in Taiwan playing catch-up and trying hard to get all the kinks worked out of the new CF interior kits that several of us have pre-orders on from the GB. Evo-R isn't a huge company and they can't do alot at once; we all know **** happens and unforseen things can occur, especially with niche market custom stuff like Jay does. I know he's trying his best and maybe is stretched a bit thin, but that's how business is sometimes. I've found the best way to keep in touch with him is via PM here, so if you've had trouble contacting him, just be patient and keep trying; I know he's doing his best to get to everyone.

I agree with everything you have said. Put yourself in my shoes. I payed and been charge $500. Never done business with EVO-R. Attempted to contact them via the information given on their web page. NO answer, to voicemail or email. It's been 3 months since I left the first message and left one every 2 weeks since. I had to find this page and bumped into Jay on here. Give all those circumstances, you would think the web page was a copy off and just took you for you money too. I understand Jay situation now. If I would have known it before I had to search for him. I would be waiting passently for the product. It didn't happen that way. I hope you understand my situation.
As far as everyone else goes. EVO isn't a bad company and makes good products. Customer service is the only complaint I am making here. If it improves the business would get 5 stars from me. Jay has been working with me after he read this and didn't get pissy about. I would recommend he put on there web page a link to contact him on MY350Z.com. I think it would fix everything. IF you do want a product from EVO-R and your on reading this everything should be great for you. I would recommend for you that posted your comments to contact Jay via PM and he will work things out if they didn't work out before. I do appreciate everyones comments as well.

Good customer service and follow through are important in any business, but especially here where we are doing business over the internet and not face to face. I run a brick and mortar buisness where I have direct contact everyday with customers, and I could never get away with the lack of communication that happens with venders here. I'm disappointed with the lack response to my pm's, and with that frustrated with not knowing the status of an item that I've spent many hard earned dollars on. I'm not pointing the finger at anyone in particular, it just seems to be a very common practice here.
