a bumper can be replaced... you killed someones pet dude. you call 911 atleast to report what had happened so they scrape the dog off the road and can possibly notify the owners??

i have 3 dogs myself and one ran away for a few hours (small black chihuahua) at night, everytime i seen something black on the side of the road my heart sank. luckily each time they were just plastic bags. we found my dog unharmed just scared, i couldnt imagine not finding it and wondering if it got hit by a car... not to sound like a girl or anything but i consider my dogs family ya know and im sure other ppl do to...

oh yea, sorry bout your bumper man...

lol read it again I didn't kill anything the dog left our world b4 it met my bumper. In fact the only reason I did hit it was because the car in front of me flung its corpse into my lane.

totally agree... if my dog was killed I would honestly admit I would cry whose dog isn't part of the family...

lol how i missed the dead part i dunno... welll then sorry to hear about your bumper. i thought i anihatled my bumper one night when a racoon ran infront of me at 60mph. heard a thud, driv eback to see if he was lyin on the road but he was gone, got to a gas staion and no sign of me hitting him so i guess lightly clipped him or something. thank god too cause not only would i have felt pretty bad but 60mph + racoon would mean some damage.

Was the dog already dead when you hit it? or did you kill the dog?

Damn... that sucks either way.
