What MPH does the REVUP hit in third gear?
I've seen around 95mph in 3rd at redline on mine.
Funny 1st, 2nd and 3rd gears on my Z, peak out (mph) at the same as my 4 banger Nissan truck.
meaning that...
1st around 40 mph.
2nd around 65 mph
3rd around 95 mph.
I think I may have hit redline once in the Z in forth but don't recall the speed.
I was within a couple hundred rpm's from hitting redline in 5th in the Z and it read 150mph.

To the OP...I assume you checked if you're still hitting the same RPMs? I know for a fact my car can do an indicated 95+mph in 3rd.
Anyone have any suggestions? Im on stock tires with plenty of tread. When i first got the car about 2 months ago it hit 97 mph at the top of third. now it wont go past 92 mph but I know it is pulling harder than it was stock. The clutch feels fine.

Tire PSI.
overal tire diamter due to tire wear.
Outside air temp.
wind.
gas.
up hill vs flat, vs downhill.
Hi Guys,
Assuming stock conditions, here is the drive ratio and top speed at redline for a REVUP engine. Breather mods won't affect this table in any way.
Only different gears and tire diameters can change these values.

They just don't get it do they ! aha
To the others, the speedometer get's it's signal from the VDC/ABS system. That system has no clue of what the tire size or what exhaust you run...
