Default Thanks To............

Was reading the thread "What do you do" and see that alot of folks here are in the military. I spent 22 years in, did 2 tours in Viet Nam, was involved in the Pueblo incident, and Desert Storm. I look at todays situation in Iraq and these folks are going through just as rough times if not worse. Just want to say THANK YOU for being there doing what you do. Many will never understand the sacrifices you make on a daily basis (your spouses and familys also). I am proud to be a part of your Military Family!

Thanks! AD USAF here and returned in Sept from Iraq. I thank my wife as she had it the hardest between the two of us. I also give it up to all the Soliders, Marines, Airmen, and Seaman that go outside the wire everyday.

I appreciate the appreciation. I was in the US Army for 4 years, 92F petroleum fuel supply specialist. 2 tours to the middle east, one to iraq/kuwait, the other to egypt/israel.

I still talk to some of my friends in the service, some here in america, others stationed around the world.

Some days I miss it, others I dont. Im enjoying a quieter job with nissan now

Now that brings back memories! Sent 18 years wearing the green and a "high and tight"! Tell you what; I had some of the best times of my life and made the best friends I'll ever have in the WORST places one could imagine. Fair winds and following seas man!

Spent four years in the Navy, more than a few years ago.
Between "conflicts" so was very fortunate, although Diego Garcia was not the best year of my life. CTT2,(Discharged) Thanks to all who serve(d)
