Dude here is some advice!!
I support you if you’re going to get a damaged Z. Buy getting a damaged Z you should find a repair shop that does quality work in your area and show them pic's of the damage so that you can roughly get an estimate on the damages. Secondly All exterior body work can be replaced so don’t sweet damaged doors fenders lights ect, after all it is a car that was put together, it was no immaculate manufacturing from the havens most likely it was made in Cali which is far from holy ground. 3rdly stay away I mean far, far away from frame damage. Have that chasse scrutinized by a professional. And finally double check the work of any repair shop and get at least 3 quotes on the repairs. The repair cost can vary by the thousands. Key points to look for are engine quality and what was damaged during the Wreck, stay away from fire damaged engines and don’t sweet the tranny that much cause you can always upgrade it or find a new one in the market place on this site. From the looks of the damage I saw on the pic’s you should expect to spend no more the 3 to 3.5k at the most. And be sure not to over due your spending simply because you going to want to mod your car. If you do this with the 11k car you should be right at 14 with all repairs and about half the cost of a New Z....And as far as a car fax, screw that its not accurate and most accidents don’t get reported so its not all that reliable...this is strictly my opinion and option only. Food for thought if a dilapidated home can be repaired and fixed and be resold for thousands over original cost surly find a diamond in the rough z will be easy if you have the sprit of a true investor!!! But like I said this is just my opinion...

Take it from me, it cost money and a ton of time, also if it's not done right it will look and run like **** (Luckily mine turned out pretty good)...
When I got Rear Ended
The total came out to 7K+
Save up your cash and buy one without any damage history, you don't want to deal with damaged goods.
