Talking Just REARended!!!! Updated W/Pics

Not happy at all, but at least the guy had insurance and was easy to deal with...

Happened on the 15N at about 4:50, right before Ted Williams Rd. Exit, I was almost Home!!!

Called his insurance and of course they were already closed for the day, but I reported the claim on their ans. machine

Now to go blow off some steam and head to the basketball court, oh and here are some pics of my baby!

I wonder what the bill is going to be on this $$$$?????

Yeah the guy in front of me got cut off so I hit the brakes ASAP which stopped me from nailing the dude in front of me, but I can't say that for the guy who hit me...

Ouch sucks to see that, I hope you got the insurance of the guy that cut you guys off since he's the one at fault, otherwise its gonna be your insurance payin for it most likely since nobody on your end is at fault unless the guy that rearended you was riding super close, but if you had to slam on your brakes and he didn't have reation time it could turn into a no-fault accident.

Why not post photos instead of links to photos?

easier to post the links (at the time) since I already loaded em to photobucket...

Yeah the guy who hit me just wasn't paying attention and **** happens, it just happened to be my turn So, once I get ahold of his insurance company tomorrow and get the ball rolling we'll see what happens, I hope I get a decent rental and not some POS ford Asspire w/no power steering etc...

yeah, I can open the passenger door with ease and I've looked over the car on all sides, from what I can tell there should be no frame damage...

Still, it will be in the shop for a week or two...

I plan on having Nissan to do the work... Anyone know of a good dealership in the Northern San Diego area? Mossy??? Or someone just as good in the RB/Poway area?

new rear bumper, right rear quarter panel - should run less than $4K at a reputable shop.
