OK - so I am interested in purchasing (ordering) a 2007 350Z and went to several local dealerships (Carson Cerritos Long Beach) but got the runaround as to when the 2007 350Z will be available for sale. One lied to me and told me that the 07 model won't come out until Sept 2007 and the other two told me that Nissan isn't releasing the 2007 models b/c there is still a supply of "limited production 2006 models" (they were trying to sell me their 2006 models on the lot which weren't even close to my desired specs). Does anyone know any dealers/salesmen in the Los Angeles area who would be more helpful and would maybe perhaps make an attempt to sell the 2007 model to me...

I also swung by an Infiniti dealer and was told I could get a 2007 6MT Coupe (no options) for 32,800 - quite tempting...

i ordered mine thou my credit union(san diego county credit union) they put in contact with the fleet manager for mossy nissan and i'll be receiving my black base 2007 350z the first week of feb

 

How do you order through a credit union?

 

mine has a car buying program http://www.sdccu.com/pages/rcenter/autobuying.asp ,sent my request to them online and a rep called me and put in into touch with the fleet manager of mossy nissan and ordered my 350z, was easy as pie.
