Default dont let people drive...

your car.. cuz they just dont treat it like it's theirs, the 3 scrapes/breaks on my car are held responsible by 3 of my best friends who all have NICE cars.. lexus GS350 and an Evo8 and everytime one of them drives my car.. something happens..

front right NISMO lip scrape ;\

front LEFT nismo lip scrape AND break.

and finally
part of my wheel well RIPPED out, dont even ask because "they dont know how it happened either" they've all offered to pay me back but who knows how long thats gonna take.

So after the first time, there was a second time, and then a third time ...

I'd say something but don't want to appear distressful. So how about some pictures of the fat lips, missing teeth, and broken bones on your friends?

good point but all they would have to do is deny it and since there was no police report i don't think their ins. company would do dick if they denied it!

Other people will never respect your car as much as you do. I don't let anyone other than the wife drive the z, and that is like once every 3-4 months.

thats what I would do. Then if he would talk $hit I would just kick his a$$.

If they dont respect your car - they clearly dont respect you.

J. (thinks it is time you get new friends)

I never let anyone drive my Z and likely never will. I don't even let family members back it out of the driveway and park it in the street.

lol it's a car, not worth a friendhip, plus it's just $800 front lip.. it's not CHEAP but if they say they'll replace it i believe them, and 2nd my best friends ( the only 3) are the ones that drive my car other than me, but if it was totaled you better believe id go through insurance in a heartbeat.

it's not that they dont respect my car either, they all love my car, it's just they dont baby it as much as they would baby theirs.. they obviously misjudged how low my car is to certain things and how long it is meaning they tried to pull too far into a parking spot, and the front left lip was done because of that.

Do you think you could take a closer picture?

One person has driven my car... and I was sitting right next to him.

Not being in the car, and it's a given what will happen. It's their one chance to let loose (in a car they aren't familiar with) and they're going to take it... even if they don't let loose they still arent familiar with the car and the likeliness that they mess something up is very high. The friend I let drive my car is also a professional driver like me so I wasn't worried about him wrecking, but the car was still in the break-in period so I made sure he couldn't beat on it.

dont let friends who cant pay for your car in cash right that second borrow your car.. thats my rule of thumb.. which leads to zero car loans......
