DUDE WTF is your problem???

as if you have never ever left your house without your license, not once???

**** happens mans. just like this accident that was plain and simple of me being in the wrong place at the wrong time.

but i guess YOUR right. if i had my license on me the whole car accident would have never happened... your a bitter moron... are you the dikwad cop i had to deal with or something? get a life

just in FYI i always carry my license, but i guess i was jetlagged and it was my first day back to work after 2 weeks of being in sunny south FL and then back to 30 degree NY weather. i guess i thought it was in money clip where i obviously didnt put after i went through security at the airport... because my license was in my camera bag at home which i had someone bring to me 10 mins after this all happened!

Your damage looks similar to mine when I got rear ended. My Z is still in the shop (been two months waiting on parts). The total cost will be around $6,000 but that includes light damage to the front bumper because my Z got pushed into the divider.

Like others said, I would take this opportunity to go aftermarket.

what kind of after market can i do though?

i had a full exhaust and thats about all i can change besides the tail light and rear bumper but i dont have a body kit so gettin something besides a stock rear bumper wouldnt look right without the rest...

but im all ears as to how turn this frown upside down in the light of doing other aftermarket things...

Did the insurance appraiser look and take pics of your car yet? Does it state specific damage on the police report? If not, you could allow your vehicle to show up for the appraiser with more damage.. catch my drift

I totaly agree. Sean what's your problem bro???? Cops can be ***holes, post office employees can be ***holes and yes even those wonderful drive through people at you local fast food stop can be ***holes. There's people in all walks of life that just plain SUCK. Maybe Anthony C. was a dick. But you don't know that. All we have is his side of the story to go by. So just CHILL.
I don't usualy write stuff like this, but seriously. What wrong with some of you people? Do you just sit on the edge of your seat just ,waiting for somone to offend you in just the leat bit, so can jump all over them. Give it a break...

thanks but as i said i was very polite to the cop. i know better than to wise off to them but i did let him know he offended me (in a mature way) maybe he was having a bad day, maybe he thought i caused the accident or maybe he was teased through out his child hood. who knows, still doesnt justify his comments and actions towards me...

he didnt even give me anything about the report. he wouldnt even give me a pen.

i asked " excuse me, do you have a pen i can borrow"
he says " nope i have just one" as he pats his pocket and walks away.... and he wasnt using it. so instead of helping me even locate a pen he walks away while im searchin in the 29 degree cold weather for one when he coulda been a true cop and asked his partner. he did nothing and i mean nothing at all to make things go smoother for any one involved...

And what exactly would you have used the gun for?

Sorry to hear about your accident, I t-boned someone while I was in my Z a couple of years ago after he ran his red light. Make sure you get checked out. Even if you aren't hurting now, more pain typically comes later. Hope everything works out for you.

honestly i feel fine.. the maxima behind me absorbed all the impact from the cherokee.

the jeep was going anywhere between 40-50mph and didnt touch his brakes cause he said he didnt see the maxima. im lucky the maxima was behind me and the maxima is lucky i was infront of him other wise he coulda been pushed into on comming traffic and if he wasnt there then well... there would be nothing left to my z..... and i woulda went into on comming traffic

glad you're feeling ok now but just be careful. I didn't start having some of the problems until 2 weeks after the accident.

Stupid drivers
