Question Question about clear bras:

Why wouldn't you just put it over the entire car? Is it too costly?

At first, I thought no way when I heard the question. Then I thought about why not? It would protect the entire surface of the paint. You wouldn't have to worry about keyers, rocks, dirt, etc. How hard is it cleaning the area of the clear bra? Is that a limiting factor?

Then it wouldn't be called a bra anymore. It would be called a condom!

Well, I can think of a bunch of reasons.

1- Cost
2- looks( it is clear but it does have a texture)
3- weight
4- practicality( do you really need it in some places? I personally cannot justify putting it anywhere but the front because that area is GUARANTEED to get abuse. Everywhere else is a possibilty, but highly unlikely)

Hmm.. that's a good kit to have. Mirrors definitely get a lot of bugs, etc. Good choice.

What was the price of that kit compared to just a "bra" kit?
