I've heard that drinking too much water is actually bad for you as well.(Seriously) See what I'm getting at?

I think we are splitting hairs here. I mean drive the frequency you want. Drive it reasonably and it will last a good long time. Nothing is absolute and nothing is forever. Get good use out of it and enjoy it. Focker out.
