I doubt it, the hood on the Stillen has more of a pronouced center section and the 07 hood still sits lower then the Stillen one.

Now keep in mind there's a difference between the quality of the fit and finish and the materials used vs. the design of the interior. Those are two separate issue. Here is my short list of cars with better interiors in the same price range:
1) Acura TL
2) Honda S2000
3) VW GTi
4) Lexus IS250
5) Audi A4

I can go on. My cousin just bought a new Civic Si for around $20k and I must say the interior is very nice. As to what I don't like about the Z's interior, here is my short list again:
I have been in a Civic, the materials are much cheaper compared to the Z but are well designed, I had a Civic myself.
1) 03-05 Giant plastic door piece with no side inserts. (They tried to address this in the 06+ with the extra piece)
This issue is addressed by Nissan then.
2) The endless creaks and rattling. They are like cockroaches. You fix one and there's 10 more somewhere waiting to pop up
I dont seem to have this issue. And forum complaints are often exaggerated and represent on 5% or less of all the owners of the Z. Every car that has plastic on the inside and a metallic chassis will experience some creaks and rattles as the weather gets colder or hotter because of the difference in the rate of expansion/contraction of two different materials. Lexus or Audi interiors are not immune to this, its natural to this choice of materials. But there are clever ways to reduce this effect.
3) The center console. Cheap hard plastic. S2000 has brushed aluminum and leather inserts.
That is a subjective comparison to brushed aluminum, most brushed aluminum is a coated hard plastic which is cheap to manufacture. I find the Z's center consoles plastic grade acceptable, its not hard like PET, its soft TPE but not as compliant. Its not as bad as some american cars, my Camry had and my friends Accord has much harder plastic.
4) The gauges. Old school single hue orange. Most cars in this price range have moved to extra bright displays.
Again, one more subjective claim, extra bright displays are a distraction as far as ergonomic studies are concerned. At the brightest setting, its fairly bright.
5) Even the grade of plastic feels thinner and cheaper than those of the 300ZX.
I havent been in one, I cant say.
6).....
7).......
I can go on but I think you get the picture of where I am coming from. I'm not saying I hate the car or else I wouldn't have bought it. All I am saying is I think Nissan could have and should have done a little bit more on the inside even though they cut cost to make the 350Z affordable in the high $20s to $30s.

So far I didnt find above comments have any real merit.

regardless, i still think the 07Z , at least on the low end, is a great deal.

Once again this is all subjective. You can agree with me or not. You do have a point in comparing the Z to luxury brands, but I'm comparing what my money can get me at the same cost of what I paid for my Z and/or the way it compared to the last generation. Some people think the new Z33 is the next best thing since sliced bread. Then there are people like me who thinks Nissan feel short a bit because of the interior. If I had paid $40k for a fully loaded 350Z GT then I would like to know that some of the $40k went into the cabin as well. But once again I've stated it's subjective.

The Viper and Vette has a cheap looking interior too, both cost alot more then the Z does. I want to know where the $70K worth of engineering went to also, the Z interior isnt all that bad within its price point. I think Porsche interiors look like a cheap dodge neon interior considering how much you pay for a porsche.
Posche 911 interior:

Dodge Neon interior:

The bottom line i noticed was, they put all the engineering cost on parts that counts...Performance, like the suspension, engine, drivetrain.

Im just curious are you calling the HONDA s2000 a luxury car/brand?
Interior is not only cheap looking but cheap FUNCTIONING. Things don't open like they used to, the vent fins like to break. The plastic trim around the hatch rattles and squeaks, but this is old news, it's been like that for 5 model years and we're tired of complaining about it.
Now, about that FUGLY hood. J/K I actually like the new hood. I agree that it's a change just for the sake of change. I don't like it more than the old hood, but I also don't think the design is any worse. BUT, it's very reminiscent of the old style Zs, and I like it for that.

I had to get this hood bashing out of my system once and for all, so pardon my indulgence.
I actually like the profile of the 07 Z, but I'm not too hot on the front angle.
Kinda brings me visions of...
