I doubt it, the hood on the Stillen has more of a pronouced center section and the 07 hood still sits lower then the Stillen one.

Now keep in mind there's a difference between the quality of the fit and finish and the materials used vs. the design of the interior. Those are two separate issue. Here is my short list of cars with better interiors in the same price range:

1) Acura TL
2) Honda S2000
3) VW GTi
4) Lexus IS250
5) Audi A4
6) .....
7) .......

I can go on. My cousin just bought a new Civic Si for around $20k and I must say the interior is very nice. As to what I don't like about the Z's interior, here is my short list again:
I have been in a Civic, the materials are much cheaper compared to the Z but are well designed, I had a Civic myself.

1) 03-05 Giant plastic door piece with no side inserts. (They tried to address this in the 06+ with the extra piece)

This issue is addressed by Nissan then.

2) The endless creaks and rattling. They are like cockroaches. You fix one and there's 10 more somewhere waiting to pop up

I dont seem to have this issue. And forum complaints are often exaggerated and represent on 5% or less of all the owners of the Z. Every car that has plastic on the inside and a metallic chassis will experience some creaks and rattles as the weather gets colder or hotter because of the difference in the rate of expansion/contraction of two different materials. Lexus or Audi interiors are not immune to this, its natural to this choice of materials. But there are clever ways to reduce this effect.

3) The center console. Cheap hard plastic. S2000 has brushed aluminum and leather inserts.
That is a subjective comparison to brushed aluminum, most brushed aluminum is a coated hard plastic which is cheap to manufacture. I find the Z's center consoles plastic grade acceptable, its not hard like PET, its soft TPE but not as compliant. Its not as bad as some american cars, my Camry had and my friends Accord has much harder plastic.

4) The gauges. Old school single hue orange. Most cars in this price range have moved to extra bright displays.
Again, one more subjective claim, extra bright displays are a distraction as far as ergonomic studies are concerned. At the brightest setting, its fairly bright.

5) Even the grade of plastic feels thinner and cheaper than those of the 300ZX.
I havent been in one, I cant say.

6).....

7).......

I can go on but I think you get the picture of where I am coming from. I'm not saying I hate the car or else I wouldn't have bought it. All I am saying is I think Nissan could have and should have done a little bit more on the inside even though they cut cost to make the 350Z affordable in the high $20s to $30s.
I dont think you can compare Z to luxury brands, it would be fairer to compare the G with those.

So far I didnt find above comments have any real merit.

regardless, i still think the 07Z , at least on the low end, is a great deal.
Where can I get my interior done like that, I like that.

Once again this is all subjective. You can agree with me or not. You do have a point in comparing the Z to luxury brands, but I'm comparing what my money can get me at the same cost of what I paid for my Z and/or the way it compared to the last generation. Some people think the new Z33 is the next best thing since sliced bread. Then there are people like me who thinks Nissan feel short a bit because of the interior. If I had paid $40k for a fully loaded 350Z GT then I would like to know that some of the $40k went into the cabin as well. But once again I've stated it's subjective.

The Viper and Vette has a cheap looking interior too, both cost alot more then the Z does. I want to know where the $70K worth of engineering went to also, the Z interior isnt all that bad within its price point. I think Porsche interiors look like a cheap dodge neon interior considering how much you pay for a porsche.

Posche 911 interior:

Dodge Neon interior:

The bottom line i noticed was, they put all the engineering cost on parts that counts...Performance, like the suspension, engine, drivetrain.

I guess my 03 will be worth more, now that is a first generation limited edition that you can't get anymore. Kind of like a slant nose Porsche .

Interior is not only cheap looking but cheap FUNCTIONING. Things don't open like they used to, the vent fins like to break. The plastic trim around the hatch rattles and squeaks, but this is old news, it's been like that for 5 model years and we're tired of complaining about it.

Now, about that FUGLY hood. J/K I actually like the new hood. I agree that it's a change just for the sake of change. I don't like it more than the old hood, but I also don't think the design is any worse. BUT, it's very reminiscent of the old style Zs, and I like it for that.

Default I'm not sayin', I'm just sayin'

I had to get this hood bashing out of my system once and for all, so pardon my indulgence.

I actually like the profile of the 07 Z, but I'm not too hot on the front angle.

Kinda brings me visions of...

the G35 is 200-300 lbs heavier and has less power 293 vs 306 (313 whatever) and is............ a G35 and not a Z. Besides after finding out that I can get the things that I want done like the door skins, some work to the center console in CF or the like, for less ($1,750 would be pushin it) than the difference of a G35 ($3,000) it was a no brainer. The interior of the 06 and 07 look better than the 04 that I saw that first turned me off. Wish I'd looked at an 06 before I bought my GTI. But now I have a good excuse to buy the 07

I would say I don't like the 07 hood, but I'm not really sure without seeing one close up. I didn't want to tell anyone before, but I felt the same way Alberto did when they first came out. I was really into the original 240 and I thought everything on the car fit perfectly together -- not alignment of parts, but the body style as a whole. My second father in law had one. It was very small inside, but not small enough for me not to want one. The long hood reminded me of the E Jag and the rear end looked like nothing else at the time. I looked at each upgrade 260-280zx and almost bought a 300 TT in early 1996, but settled on a '96 Infiniti I30T, which I still have as a daily driver (116,000 miles and NOOOO problems). I really didn't give it another thought, until I saw a SB 350 in 2004, late in the evening around dusk. Don't yell at me, but it looked kinda porsche-like (I have always liked the way most porches look). I didn't know what it was, as I didn't see any resemblance to the pictures I had seen in magazines. That's when I fell in love with the "new" Z. I set about gathering all the info I could, mostly from reading this forum at lunch every day (thanks to all the posters I learned about the Z from). With the first two year's potential problems, I decided on a SB 35th, even though it didn't have many extras over and above the Touring I had been planning for. But it did have everything I wanted at the time + brembos and nice wheels. I guess the wheels were nice, as they all seem to have them now (thanks again Nissan). I even started to like the things I didn't before, such as the shape of the headlights. I even grew to like the door handles that I thought stood out like a sore thumb. All in all, she grew on me, or I got way more tolerant of her looks. Kinda like a marriage without the in-laws...
