The person who took it probably doesn't even own a car. What's the world coming to?

Default some questions

1. what was the shipping carrier?
2. what was the condition of the box when you got it?

I'm just wondering why the box was in pristine condition when stuff got stolen inside before you got it.

You should have checked the package before the delivery guy left and before you signed for iy. Crazy situation, good luck...

Don't mean to sound rude or mean or anything but wtf were you thinking when the weight of the box seemed less? With all that stuff missing would not the weight seem less to you? We have a family business for 30 years going strong(knocks on wood) and you ALWAYS check your ****. The box may have arrived perfect but look at the bottom of the box and see if the seal was broken, then retaped with clear tape to match! That is what them sneaky bastards do, but I'm too slick for that bull****!
Peace!

call your credit card company right away. dont wait for them to file their claim. im a heavy ups shipper, and if im feeling lazy, a claim can take more than a year. the claim will be paid to them, and if they are a good company they shouldnt make you wait for them to file the claim- they should ship out all missing pieces right away.

HAH! These things are always inside jobs! Sounds like the driver just put himself in a really bad position by writing that report. Hopefully they will take care of this for you. There should be no issue since this package was certainly insured.

On these issues you can put the pressure on them by reporting the situation to the shipper. If they realize things like this are happening, then they can threaten to use a different carrier if DHL does not resolve this quickly. Just my 2 cents.

So he wrote he THINKS stuff fell out of the box? what the hell type of crap is that. You dont think it fell, it did or didnt.

Do you think you spilled your soda on your shirt? hell no you know you feel the wet.
Do you think you dropped your cell phone on the ground? hell no you heard it break.

Not only that why isnt the packaging sealed? if stuff fell out, the box was open, when teh box was open you should have said hey mother BEEP whys my box molested. If the box is sealed and stuff fell out thats impossible.

This guy stole your parts or is the biggest moron ever.

Let the vendor know what happened, then call DHL and raise hell. Some people just have no respect for OPP.
