Report it to your local TV affiliate/consumer watch program, they LOVE stories like this. Make sure you contact the manager of the dealership first so he can make a special deal with you to make you and your story go away.

Wow, that was your perfect opportunity to get that car pretty much at cost. I would of used that as an advantage instead of rushing home to the message forums and asking us what to do? I think you blew a perfect opportunity that a dealership was in a vulnerable position and you just left like nothing happened. Boy, If I was looking for a car and that happened to me I can assure you I would of got that car pretty much at the dealership's cost.
Listen man, you need to go up there one day and right when that dipshi.t is about to make a deal and sell a car, punch him in the back of the head as hard as you can and then you can say that he was fighting you to his manager. 1.) This will get him fired. 2.) He will lose a sale from the other customer. 3.) You could probably sue (but have a friend there to say that he punched you first) and 4.) You can probably get a damn good deal on a car. nuff said.

Just got off the phone with Nissan North America, they have filed a complaint with the dealership, and they are having some one look into it for me. I also told them to please check the video from the surveillance cameras. They got my info and I got a direct line to the guy I spoke with; hopefully I will be able to resolve this issue. And maybe one day own a Z with out having to have a confrontation at the dealership. This keeps making me mad the more I talk about it.
