You can read all you want but you will need to learn by doing it. Find someone local and go to a used car dealership to 'test drive' a car.

If you have a specific question I would be glad to help. Otherwise the search engine is a great place to start. There are a lot of existing threads with lots of info.

Bannishment from My 350 Z includes Debriefing and Lobotomy. Delta is having to relearn everything.

No. Shift sequentially. Don't try to learn anything from a movie, especially the FF flicks.

Here's one.

I hear so many different views on the subject.

IS IT OK to throw the car in neutral and coast at say 20mph 50 even 70.

IS IT OK to COAST with the clutch all the way in and the car in gear or neutral.

Which is better for the car and why.

Ive heard people say omfg dont put hte car in neutral and leave it there why in motion unless the clutch is in all the way.

Than ive heard people say dont leave the clutch pushed in for a extended period of time while driving.

I got an automatic.... but im pretty sure its okay to put the car in neutral and coast... if your coming to a stop. all my friends do it... not sure which is better, but im sure both are acceptable.
