The guy seemed shady since I first caught wind of him. Regardless how he or whoever got that lambo, there was always something about him that didn't sit well with me. I was very tempted to purchase the rear CF diffuser he had for sale awhile back, but after remembering that post regarding his scamming business practices with the locator service I decided not to. It's no surprise that he responded in a simliar fashion regarding this issue. Buying online can be stressful within itself. I always gauge seller reponse, willingness to accommodate my demands. The second I don't feel 100% right about something I'm out.

man this is messed up. matt has treated every Z member with the upmost respect and he doesnt deserve to be shafted by some punk that wont refund his money. he sold somethign he posted as brand new. last time i heard brand new, it came with everything. not brand new and missing pieces. there shouldnt be any problem in refunding. wth is wrong with this guy. all i know is this guy isnt going to get away with it. matt knows the right people. haha

It's a line from "Office Space" but with threads instead of "chicks". The OP has two threads about this on the forum.

Yeah. I started one for my Anything Goes bretheren and then decided to open up one to the rest of the forum.

Nice!! Thanks for the offer. For some reason, I don't think this will end happily.

Buy locally so you can punch the person square in the mouth when they try to screw you!! I sold my Z parts locally to happy smiling customers, I dont get involved in ebay or paypal because sooner or later this will happen.

So I'm assuming you'll take a cruise to NY with us since you're in MD. This guy is not going to know what to do when he sees 20-30 Z's out front of his office with a bunch of pissed off dudes in em.

The FBI has an internet crime center or something like that. You input the information on their online form and they coordinate with local authorities to resolve the situation. It worked for me; I had a situation where I ordered some auto parts and the guy never sent them. FBI worked with MD police to get my money back; turned out it was some teenage douche living with his parents that had been in and out of trouble with the law. Would've liked (actually would've LOVED) to press charges (technically **** like this is mail fraud, I think), but I was content to get my money back (and an apology). I wish I could remember the URL, but if you go to FBI's website and search under "internet crime center" or something like that, you should find it.

Paypal gave me a link to the site for the FBI. I will definitely be using it this week if this guy doesn't come through.

phuc that guy. Matt is an honest, respectful, and upfront guy on this forum. He shouldn't be treated like that. I really hope all goes through with this transaction and the guys in NY can really help out.

Looks like it may be time to saddle up my Z bretheren. The guy's name is Nader and his screen name is njabe567 his cell phone number is 347-784-4553. He has stopped responding to my messages. I called my NYC lawyer today to get them on the case. I will gladly pay $100 to the first person who gets this guy to man up and refund my money.

Wow, a whole hundred bucks, now that would be worth going and confronting some guy for you. ARE YOU CRAZY or are you living in a time warp and still think that it is 1980?
