Well. Found out the dealers problem (the reason why he called)
One of the service guys is a member of this site, and recognized my car. Now the service advisor is pissed off because i wrote a negative review of the service experience i had there.
I did leave out the discount that i was given on my ticket when i went to go checkout. but it seems a little odd to me that i was told everything would cost approximately 20% more than any other shop, and then was discounted at the end out of my total price. The biggest issue i have was that i felt like the whole time i was being screwed over.
here is what i received this morning from the service advisor via PM.
"WOW, Did you tell everybody that you did not know how that first posting got on this forum? Because you told me that you did not start this forum and you had nothing against me the service and price were great. You also told me that somebody must have got on your computer and started this forum. We care about all of our customers no matter the age. If I remember right I involved you everything that we did step by step. Now I am sending this PM so that you can get on here and clean up the mess that you made. Because you know none of this is true. I will post your invoice showing that."
So, soon you will all get to see my ticket, and see how things turned out.
as i replied to him.
A- the dealer should not be concerned with a negative review. they should be sound in the services they provide and not scared of negative reviews. The service advisor staff should definitly not be handling the situation as he has. If this was an issue, a manager should have contacted me, and treated me properly, asking why my experience was so negative, and if there was anything he could do to make things right. instead i got argued with over the phone.
B- Why is it that Kwik Kar can do my clutch for 500 dollars less than Nissan did, even with the huge discount?
C- Everyone here knows not to go to the dealer. the purpose of this post was not to libel or slander anyone. that is why I have intentionally left out ANY names of individuals. the only thing mentioned was the dealers name. The purpose of this post was solely to provide other unsatisfied 350Z owners that there are other, more affordable, and best service alternatives out there than the dealers.
If there is a Mod out there, please lock this thread so it doesnt get anymore out of hand than it already has. this is absolutely ridiculous, and further drives home the reason why i will NEVER go to Courtesy Nissan again.

OK, well I just got my car back from Courtesy Nissan. My service advisor was nothing but courteous to me. As for the car, I can't say much about how it drives since it's still in the break in period. Oh well.
