Default The Z store not keeping their word?

so i ordered a pair of carbon fiber rocker panel guards on the 20th of jan.. and at the time of my order i was told it would take 3-5 business days since im located in san jose ca... so those days flew by and still no package... then i called back and i believe i spoke to the same person on the 26th... and was told again that i would be receiving my package the following friday... which would be the 2nd of FEB... today is the 6th and still no package... i've even sent emails and left messages for them... what the f... is going on... am i getting scammed here.. has anyone else had problems with these guys...?

i didn't have problems with them either, i would say talk to a manager over there and get everything ironed out, hopefully its just an honest mistake.

I ordered the Z side emblems and although they did take a while to get here they did eventually come in the mail. Could your stuff have been backordered?

Did you get a tracking number? If they say they are 'shipped' then you should be able to track it, otherwise they are BSing you.

Sounds like just a mistake, something gets lost or misplaced and you end up the unlucky sole. Hopefully they set things rights for you.

Sorry about the delay. We try to keep all the Carbon Fiber stuff in Stock, We get weekly deliverys of carbon fiber. We just sell the SH%@, out of that stuff. I hope you recieve the package today.

I can assure you we are not out to scam anyone and that this type of delay is not the norm.
