i posted a thread earlier about how annoyed i was with the Z store.. because i got the run around twice about my products being shipped..but sure enough be fore i could even contact a manager... Mike contacted me.. rest assure he made me alot happier about the whole situation.... i can understand things being on back order or situations with other venders.. but when employees dont give the correct info on shipping.. it can be annoying for most people.... any who they made me happy and THANKS MIKE FOR MAKING ME A SATISFIED CUSTOMER.. and i will be calling u guys for more mods.....

I like the Z sotre, spent 3k there in one day.

 

some online stores would not allow you to cancel your order even though their stuff is on backorder. This happened to me a few times. Buyers beware. They would charge you a 25% restocking fee even though there is nothing to restock to begin with.
