Default Breaking in new 350z?

Just curious I just bought a 350z and was wondering about breaking in the engine what should I keep the RPMS under and for how many miles any help would be appreciated.

service manual says under 4000 for 1200 miles, dont do long distances at constant speeds, and no towing(I know you wanted to)

also dont do hard braking(this IS VERY IMPORTANT) if you dont seat your pads and rotors, your brakes will suck. and if possible after stopping if you have a manual release the brake unless your on a hill, by releasing it you dont hold the hot pad against the rotor, it can cause the rotor to warp.
