Default Problem getting in touch with Intense

I've tried calling 5 or 6 times yesterday and today and sent a PM and haven't gotten an answer...i just want to order a couple things, but one of them says "call for pricing," so i can't order online...i think the voicemail boxes are full, so i can't leave a message...sorry to call you guys out, but i just want to get this stuff ordered and i didn't know what else to try...thanks a lot!

anyone else had a problem ordering something?

Thats a first.. Just keep trying... I'm usually at function tuned and dave has no trouble getting through to intense

yeah, i'm surprised too...i'm sure its something...its not that they have bad customer service...just backed up i guess

their phone system is JDM. Try dialing with you left hand instead of your right.

Send them an email. That worked for me. I always get a reply from them within a few hours.

I placed an order with them on-line on Sunday and they called me today to confirm my order and say it was being shipped out. They did say they've been a litte busy lately and apologized for not calling sooner.

Actually, I replied to you on 1/26, to let you know that they are made in both fiberglass and carbon fiber, and, that I didn't have pricing yet. I still don't have pricing, but I will let you know when I do. Haven't forgotten about you homie.. I don't show that you replied to that email?
