Default Help, I don't know what to get?

Hey whats up guys, well I've got a little dilemma. I been busting my a$$ starting my company and now that its taken off I can finally afford to buy the vehicle that I want but thats what I'm torn about. I'm stuck between a 07 Mustang Gt and an 07 Z. I don't know what to get. I've always wanted a z ever since I saw one at a car show when they were first coming out and I had always told my self that I would get one but I test drove a new gt and it was some pretty cool stuff. If you guys can give me some advice I would really appreciate it.

Surely you can afford both, judging from your username.

What problems with the 07 Zs? Mustangs speak for themselves To OP maybe a budget would help. I am assuming you are around the mid $30k-$40k range?

If I get the gt im putting the Cervini's old Elanor body kit it looks really sick and if i go with a z ill probably just put some bbk's and the rest would be motor mods and as far as the rx-8 oh man i test drove an automatic and all I can say is what a disappointment. I don't know if it was because it was from a rinky dink used car lot or if because it was an automatic but man it didn't go for jack.

Well I don't know if this would help in your decision making process but a very good friend of mine owns his own business. He works his tail off 6 days a week and at least 60-70 hrs. He is a very big car guy really wanted to get the new Z06s. But since this was also going to be his primary car he ended up paying a little more and got a BMW 650i coupe for the luxury. His reasoning was at the end of the day I am so tired and beat up that the drive running around town and home are the only moments that I get to relax and take a load off. I guess my point is if you are like him you may be doing yourself a favor by considering something that's comforting as well instead of a harsh ride like the STi and 350z. So in your price range maybe you might want to consider a G35 coupe instead? Or maybe even pay a little bit more for the 335i?

Edit: I'm sure you can still mod the crap out of those two cars

I was looking into BMW's and the G35's, but im still real young and I want to have some fun and as far as your friend working his tail off I know what he's talking about, matter of fact im working right now. I usually get about 2 to 4 hours of sleep a night but the way I see it is I would rather bust my *** for a couple of years and retire in my mid 20's. I am also a really big car buff, I eventually want to get a Factory Five Racing 65 Roadster Mark III. Those things are so dam fun and the best part is, is that you get to build them.

Well my friend is 29 and worth over 3.8 million dollars. He expanded to 4 shops and his neighbor is Deion Sanders...for reals that guy imports palm trees every 3 months for his yard because they don't last in the Texas climate. Anyways, my point is you'll get there (early retirement) but have your fun now too. Your priorities will change once you get married and have a kid. So if you got the $$$ then buy something you really want (M3, S4, Porsche maybe ) and treat yourself. You deserve it for all the hard work.
