nope sales is commision based on the sale of the car. for example if a dealer has 25000 invested in a car and the salesperson sells that said car for 28000 dollars, that salesperson gets a percentage based on the 3000 dollar profit the dealer makes+ percentage of what is made in finance dept.

WTF?!?

He MUST be an infiniti representative instead of a Nissan one, right? Because I know that the Gs rattle just as much as the Zs do. He must not get as much commission or any from me getting a Z?
Duhhh… The Z coupe is like a mini-station-wagon in that its rear wheel-wells are inside the car and therefore transfer road noise to the car’s interior compartment. The G35 coupe has a trunk and folding rear seat that isolates the rear wheel-wells outside of the passenger compartment. It is only what the customer wants: Two seat sports car or front/back seat sport coupe.

i love dealerships.

just be careful about what you say. a few weeks back i posted a negative review of my dealership, explaining why, and also warning anyone in the area to avoid this dealership. Next thing i know, i get a call from the service manager asking me to explain why I'm ragging on their dealership. Convo's back and forth ended up in him basically saying dont come back (believe me, i wasnt planning on it).

just a bunch of unneccesary crap. so be careful what you say, those guys DO read these forums. But i wouldnt be scared to tell the truth. If these service managers are scared for people to hear how they treat their customers than they need to realize that they are not providing real service.

Sorry for completely hijacking the post and changing the subject. But it just proves what almost every Z owner knows already, we didn't buy the Z for the dealership, and as soon as that warranty is up, find a new mechanic.

Any salesperson that doesn't know their product, exists for BS. Sure some are new. They should be reading owner's manuals instead of asking me if they can help.

The Z rattles? Not mine!

(28K miles, and the only rattles are from my sunglasses in their compartment)
