Default buying used 350z, third owner though?

This is a sweet 350z, 2003 6sp track. 24k miles, navi, Injen exhaust, hardwired V1, alpine deck w/ amps, sub, mids. 22,600. Its the third owner, what do you think, should i trust it? carfax is clean but im still not sure, he hasn't had the car takin for the recall on the '03 hoses, but he says he will before i purchase. I think its a sweet lookin car, just dont know about the ownership history. The reason he's selling is because his wife is thinkin about kids. gimme some feedback folks! thanks

sounds good, but, I would test drive the hell out of it, I mean its already got some performance mods on it, so that means the someone might have already got on it really hard...thats what I would think. I bought my 04 from my 65y old neighbor...great guy, just liked to cruise it....

Drive the car. You can tell if a car is well kept or not. If you like the way that it drives, then buy it.

Obviously we are miles apart, but I bought my '03 this past June for $22,500. It had 32k miles, one owner. It came with headers and exhaust (I wonder if the dealer even knew that lol).

Just remember that when cars come with mods, they weren't bought and installed to just be babied. I guarantee that car has been beat on a least a little (though, what used Z hasn't?)

wait now im reading about this stickied tire feathering thread for all '03 models. Whats the point of having a car that has loud tire noise, tires wear unevenly, and needs frequent alllighnments? Do all you '03 owners just live with this?

if everythings good and drives strong... why not??...why dont you get the extended warantty with it too.. this way if you run into any problem, you dont have to dump a lot of $$$ on the car.. Test drive it 1st and then see
