ok guys just a curious question to everyoen here, when the gtr comes out, who plans on stayin wiht the new z and who plans on getting a gtr, IM NOT TALKIN ABOUT HOPES AND DREAMS. im asking for the truth here, ill go first ill get a gtr
I love my super black Zness, not that I wouldnt gladly kill a new born child and drink it's blood for a GTR, but I got money on my mind, and not in my pocket.

yeah your looking at around 150hp and maybe 40-50K price difference. its not really like strolling to the dealership and deciding which one you want
also the next gen Z will most likely be 2009
all signs point to 08 being a carry over from 07 with the factory nismo model added to the line up while letting the G coupe have a model year head start on the Z
all im saying is if one has $ to get a GT-R and opted not to there would be other cars comprable to the GT-R in price that im willing to bet that person would choose before the Z like new M3 Z06 911 ect.
(although thats hypocritical for me to say because i would be one that would opt for a premium model loaded next gen Z if something fell through with the GT-R purchase...but i have invested intrest in the Nissan community so its a little different situation for me im just saying for your average buyer its most likely not one or the other)

wish I had the money for a GTR, but sadly I don't. Can't even get a pop charger!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! so i guess I'm sticking with the Z. Which, by the way, is the most amazing car ever and I am extremely thankful to have (as should all of you).
Actually I would get a hyundai because it wouldn't attract as much attention. I don't want too much attention you know!!!

Seriously. The GTR at a MINIMUM will likely be $50k, probably moreso around $60k. If you could've afforded a car for that much money, most of us would be driving around in Caymans, Z06's, or the like.
