I used a C clamp and a towel on the base then a wrench and towel on the ****. Before I did that I just had the bottom clamp on and tried to turn the **** with my hand. My wrist hurts pretty bad now, so just use two wrenches it takes some force so don't be afraid as long as the bottom is immobilized.

Nismo shifter feels so much better.

i would like a pdf file of removing the shifter, i am going to get a short shifter here soon and i will need to replace that, and maybe a new shift **** but i really like the stock one.
