Absolutely correct on items #1 and #3. #2 is pretty likely.

I agree that the towing bit and $100/day for storage suck *** though and the amount they charged for replacing a clutch sounds high to me too.

People seem to like Falore Nissan in Sunnyvale. I have no mods but they very quickly identified that noises I heard (sounded like exterior squeaks when the car was cold) were the infamous rear axle clicks. I was still under 3 yr/36K warranty at the time so it was covered.

You guys got me freaking out here for real. When I bought my car they specifically told me the extra warranty they insisted on adding covers the clutch. That rite there sold me. Now I wonder.
