I found a couple parts I want from this place, but I have never run into anyone who has bought from them. Has anyone had an experience with this company? Any recommendations on buying from them?

 

I've bought many jdm parts from them. All items arrived perfectly new--their tracking was great, their prices reasonable, and good communication. Highly Recommended bro! I really only order from japanparts.com (one of the biggest international shippers of car parts out of Japan) and rhdjapan.com. Go for it!

my personal experience i'm in a yr long claim now to get my money back from the damaged bumper. it's amazing how japanparts will not get involved at all or "finish up this claim" as the claims person i'm dealing with has described. alot more to story but i suggest no one buy from them. theymight ship parts fast and cheap this or that... but the customer relations is horrible.

 

I was wondering about this too. I'd like to order a bumper and am a little afraid of what happens if it arrives damaged & unusable (which is always possible).

In the last 4 years we have had only a few things ending up being damaged and all issues have been resolved successfully with all of our customers.
