Default Traded in the Roadster for a Z Hardtop

Spent about 4 hours at the dealership trying to get an 05 35th Anniversary Silverstone, but they wouldn't budge from their $33,995 Market price. Since that didn't work, I decided to just get a used 04 Enthusiast w/ leather seats instead. Cheaper price, cheaper monthly payment, and cheaper insurance than the convertible.Boy did I save some money by switching from the soft top to the hard top.
Here's some pics I just took:

I probably will get the Tein S. Tech and JWT popcharger installed soon.

Thanks for the comments. Im still in awe about not having to pay until end of next month. I can't believe that Ive saved $75/mon on insurance. After not having to owe anything on my previous car and insurance was only $100, the Convertible completely owned me. Im so happy right now. I can't wait to drive it again tonight and clean the interior tomorrow.

haha. I know you love roadster and you also own one, but I think the hardtop is more practical for me right now in my life. I was constantly worrying everyday, thinking after walking back to my car after work, will I find a ripped soft top, or someone trying to break in. It was also much harder to see at night reversing it out the driveway or in a packed parking lot. The soft top got stuck a few times, which the hardtop I won't have to worry about anymore. Also, when I took the hardtop for testdrive and later after I took the car home, it felt noticeably lighter and much easier to peel out. The steering is little looser tho' than the Roadster.

WOW. They wouldnt budge on a 35th anniversary edition?

A dealership here basically tried to give me 1. It had like 9k miles and they tried to give it to me for 27,4k.

That's crazyness.

I have been in a unfortunate situation where I had to sell a new car, and get another. I took a big hit on the sale. Big. The step down cost me alot of money. I certainly didn’t save money.
