Default Chrome and Silverstone so similar yet so different.

Actually in certain lighting they look identical.

Who had these as their top two choices and why did you choose one over the other?

They really arn't the same. It's just not the dark, gunmetal silver most thought it would be. Silverstone does offer the orange leather as an option, chrome silver doesn't

Talking CROME SILVER!!!!!

FROST INTERIOR!!!!!!!!!!!

RARE....and looks SWEET.....the frost is the most unique interior in the Z and the least common....

I think those with brickyard and frost like dr bonz will have the rarest 350z out there.

well, with the way people in this forum are planning to Mod the cars when they get them, i think an unmodded car would be very rare around here.

I was stuck between both. Originally ordered Silverstone and then switched to Chrome- to be safe. I'm very happy with my chrome decision. If I actually bought the car at a dealership and the 2 were side by side- who knows which one I would like better...

No regrets!

Went with silverstone hoping it would be more gunmetal. I did stop by the dealership to check out the titanium Maximas so I could see the color. I do love it after all. The original photo's made me worry a little bit that it would be dull but in persin it picks up all the color around it.

they were both high on my list, but I chose chrome because its lighter. I have a dark car now, and it is a real pain keeping it clean. I'd spend half a day washing and waxing it, and after driving it for a day, it looked dusty and grimy. My wife's silver volvo is rarly washed and she puts well over 1K miles a month on it. Unless you look close, or she ran it thought a mud puddle, it never really looks dirty.

silverstone/black/silver were my three top choices, but after seeing blue I would put that in my top three. I chose silverstone over black because I thought it would be easier to keep clean (I mean black looks great only when it is very clean).

I would have wished silverstone was a little darker like porsche seal grey, but I still am glad I got it.

After seeing the show car at the auto show I thought "chrome silver is the way to go" but, then I soon found out that the show has a showcar paint job and the production cars paint job wouldn't be the same. So, by the time I ordered (three days later and remembering a sweet grey 911 turbo I saw at the auto show) silverstone it was. Plus silverstone offered the burnt orange leather which I had to have.

My first choice was Daytona Blue, but couldn't find a picture before I ordered. My next two choices were Silverstone and Chrome Silver. I chose Silverstone because I have already owned a light silver car.

Went with Chrome.

I was dead set on Silverstone as I had wanted to paint my 300 the same color as the TB Bucs football helmets and figured it would be close to that. I haven't seen any pics that have shown it that dark yet.

When it was time to order, I realized that all my favorite pics of the car were in the Chrome (now if it was the same special paint job as the show car, it wouldn't have been a tough decision at all!).
