I do it too. I don't get a chance to hear my own car passing or gunning it from the outside so it feels nice to hear it from someone else.

I put the windows down to hear almost anything that I think will sound good so its alright!

another great place to listen to your car or any other car is in like a parking structure at school or the mall. the sound of a turbo and a blow off valve in those parking structures is like music bouncing off the walls i must say. =P

I love threads like this. Why do are passions run so high when it comes to this car? I've always been into cars but this one is so addictive. Only solution is to mash the gas. Sometimes I still fill like a little boy inside when it comes to this car.

+100!!!

I know for me it's all the "race car sounds" it makes. I mean it sounds tough as hell, just tooling around town, let alone actually puttin your foot in it!

One of the most dissapointing things about buying the Z was the sound. Then i rolled down the windows for the first time, and man, what a difference that makes! Honestly the Z sounds like crap from inside and like teh sex with the window down! I love pulling away from a red light and hearing the engine as it bounces off the car next to me. I love summer.

I was standing outside the garage as my wife pulled the Z out for her first (and at this time only) drive in the car. I'd never heard the sound of the exhaust before. Sweet. Very sweet.
