What year, how many miles? Do you have a subs? Drive it hard? Bumpy roads around your house?

All of these things could loosen up your car and make it squeek and rattle.

I have a squeak coming from the rear of my 06, it only squeaks when I go over a railroad track, speedhump, or a very bumpy road . I have push down on the rear and it does not squeak, in is very annoying comming from an almost new car. Also I don't have any subs but I do have an exhaust with test pipes.

My interior used to rattle like crazy. I have taken apart the center console a few time for mods though. Go to home depot and get some 3M double sided tape (the white tape with green plad) and anywhere you think is rattling, double tape it. I did it to my entire center console and it helped. And I can still take apart the center console if needed.

As for suspension, beats the hell outta me?

I think by its nature, the Z is a rattle trap due to suspension and tightness.

I have an '03 with 70,000miles and

My Axle clicks, my clutch PEDAL squeeks, when I go in reverse I hear a loud squeek at times from the right/rear, my window rattles....

So many rattles, squeeks and vibrations that it makes beats.

The 300ZX has the same issues with the clutch pedal squeaking, get some spray silicone and put it up there, make sure NOT to get any on the pedal itself. Our rear hatch makes a loud metal on metal sound and sometimes has alittle trouble closing. take the plastic out of the back and lube the cable with the same silicone and make sure it moves around freely.

The only noise I hear are the little pebbles and rocks that bounce around in the rear wheel wells. Those sounds are new to me, but apparently the norm for the Z.

The advantages of a Roadster, drop the top and you can't hear any squeeks and rattles

My 03 is starting to have little rattles. You just have to figure out where it's coming from and do something to make it stop, .

most rattles could be easily fixed in the Z if you know where they are coming from. i fixed my last rattle by stuffing a half inch thick note pad between the the windshield and the passenger dash.
