I just called my dealer and had him write down and confirm that I dont want any PPI .. No car washing , avoid drilling the holes for the front bumber, etc .. . He agreed and said that he will personally make sure it isnt touched. He also personally stated that as soon as he gets a VIN he will call me. He said the car shows up on his computer as arriving on September 2nd, but he expects them to update him on the delivary by August 2nd.

 

Then it sounds like we'd be better calling our dealers after August 2nd.

 

Probably yet another dealer fooled by the computer print out that says Sept 02. That is the YEAR not the DAY.
