I got "The Run" DVD in the mail from Nissan. Did anyone else get it? I was wondering what everyone's feedback on it was?
I wish they would have created a section going to the Nissan design center and interview the design team in depth about the 350Z and interviewed the engineers as well. I would love to know more about the design process and in depth engineering aspects of the car.

I logged onto the nissanowner.com site and ran into a problem after inputting my vin# and pin#. Maybe I will try again tomorrow. Did anyone else run into this problem?

I got mine last week.
I like the unedited versions where you can watch the car for the entire trip.
It definitely would be cool with more stuff, but I can't complain (too much) about freebies.
My favorite thing is the sound. I'd like to somehow rip the exhaust track onto a CD and then play that while I drive (since the woman won't let me drive with the windows down all time).

Got Mine and the Poster
I received mine about two weeks back . I was stopping by my dealer , when the sales manager who I have a good relationship with , comes running out and gives me the poster for it from the showroom .I now have 2 posters , the other from Bridgestone and my friend at the dealership has promised me the large showroom banner as soon as it comes down . I can't wait for that one !

No but I did get one yesterday at the New York car show good thing it was for free and that's about all it's worth. There's been video clips made by members of this forum that are much better!
They boast about having 15 different cameras, basically it was just shot from the front and the back of the car and some from the inside. And I think some of the nicest angles of the cars is from the side. I don't know I was just expecting something better.

I received my copy in the mail today. Sat down immediately and watched it. After all the excitement on the forum about it I felt a little let down. The film was too fragmented for me. It's a good thing I procrastinated whether to order a copy from Courtesy.
I enjoyed watching the bonus footage from the drivers view the most. No music, just the car and a good view of the road. I like the angle that shows the shifter. Did anyone else notice that the driver was mostly high revving the engine instead moving up through the gears? Accelerate, coast, accel, coast.

I've watched it ALL through now & yes the surround sound without the music is great...
DriveI65, you are right... the guy definitely kept it in the upper rev range & kept the gearchanges to a minimum.
Maybe the next Nissan ad will have the "SHIFT_less" logo

" THE RUN "
Got mine this week also, but I had already bought one from Courtesy Nissan awhile back. I thought it was awesome,
mostly for the SOUND and the EXTRAS.
