with the grand touring you'll get the performance plusses too... biggest one being the brembos. whether or not it's worth it is up to you, if you won't be racing but will be driving "enthusiastically" or taking the car on lots of canyon/mountain runs, you might want to consider the brembos or an aftermarket kit.

when you say "nismo body accessories" what exactly do you mean? the graphics kit is a whole different ballpark than a body kit..
