Headers help, gains are minimal without full supporting mods and tune. Intakes help, they also depend on design and supporting mods.

As you mention, some intakes can and headers can hurt power.

A Nice 1/2 to Inch drop in ride height, Not slammed just a bit lowered.

First understand top down got it , second it is wrapped not dipped. wheels is super lightweight race wheels and car runs with full viper SS exhaust. Stock wheels for track.
